Guarantee Policy

do not accept reservations on a non-guaranteed basis. Except for
football game weekends, cancellations received up to 72 hours prior to
arrival are accepted without a penalty. For cancellations received
within 72 hours of the arrival date, the first night's room and tax is
charged for each reservation cancelled.
